All of our wraps are made from fruits and vegetables. A tomato wrap is made from tomato. A mango wrap is made from mango. A carrot wrap is made from carrot. All ingredients are 100% plant-based. All ingredients are Non-GMO.

Each product was developed to perform with the different use applications.   

Sushi Wraps are formulated to be similar to Nori seaweed so they won’t tear. The high strength makes it easy to wrap sushi and the moist rice softens the wrap making it easy to bite. 

Sandwich Wraps are softer out of the package and easily hydrate with sandwich fillings in one or two minutes.  

NewGem Wraps have a shelf life of one year, when stored at room temperature. You don't need to refrigerate them. There is a best used by date printed on the back of each package.

It's easy! Simply peel the wrap from the backing sheet and place on a preparation area with the shiny side of the wrap facing down. Fill with your favorite ingredients. To seal the sandwich, brush lightly with water around the edge of the wrap and roll tightly. Let your sandwich sit for a minute to soften the wrap.

NewGem Sushi Wraps are not soy paper. The main ingredients are fruits and vegetables. NewGem Sushi Wraps have been developed to have a soft bite and not tear easily. They are easier to use and perform better than soy paper.
