24 ounces soften Cream Cheese
½ lb Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Knorr Vegetable recipe mix, dry and ground fine
Cucumber Slices


Garden Vegetable Cone
Directions
1. Filling – Garden Vegetable Cream Cheese (Fills approx. 100 small cones)

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

3. Add sour cream and Knorr vegetable mix powder; beat until powder is well incorporated.

4. Fill piping bag with cream cheese mixture and pipe into cones, being sure to fill down into the point so that the cone will soften completely.

(Cones can be prepared an hour in advance and refrigerated)

Slice cucumber into thin rounds then into wedges, top each cone with a cucumber wedge.
