24 ounces soften Cream Cheese
½ lb Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Chipotle Chilie Pepper Powder
Sweet Mini Peppers

Chipotle Sweet Pepper Cone
1. Filling – Chipotle Cream Cheese (Fills approx. 100 small cones)

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.

3. Add sour cream and chipotle powder; beat until powder is well incorporated.

4. Fill piping bag with cream cheese mixture and pipe into cones, being sure to fill down into the point so that the cone will soften completely.

(Cones can be prepared an hour in advance and refrigerated)

Slice sweet mini peppers thin and top each cone with a pepper slice.
